Every single step in the project he had great communication. The guys he brought with him to work in my house were friendly and didn't mind my questions or "during the process" pictures. They felt like family too. I had no doubts that they were taking good care of my house and doing quality work. As part of my project they were removing three larger kitchen cabinets. Other contractors had told me they wouldn't be able to replace them with smaller versions that match my kitchen because the cabinets are old. I really like the old style of my cabinets so I was disappointed. I was prepared to just not have cabinets in that spot because I didn't want to have to replace my whole kitchen just to match my three cabinets (like other contractors told me to). Joseluis understood and talked to multiple cabinet guys and eventually was able to find someone to custom make cabinets in my old style to match my kitchen. I'm so so pleased with how it all turned out. Every time I would come to him with an idea, he saw my vision and made it work. STOP SEARCHING for other contractors. This team will be your go to guys for any project. I absolutely trust them to do a good job and have already hired them for a completely different project at my house. "We had a direct lightening hit on our house. Called Action Roofing who responded quickly. During consultation we also asked for plywood to be added to attic floor so we can use for storage space. Roof was fixed first on 2/17/15. For attic work, plywood was left stacked on the attic floor. They came back a different day on 3/8/15 to finish attic work. No complaints on work done. If anything, there was some roof debris found around the house on the lawn that my husband had to pick up and clean up."
