I bought my quartz countertops from the Home Depot and Stone Systems installed the countertops. They installed the one part of the island on concrete and the other on tile. So the island is uneven. When I called them the next day, they told me that they were not going to fix it. It is weeks later, and the Home Depot still does not have an answer for me on how to proceed. This compony is unprofessional and use workers that are unable to complete the job.

It was not everything I expected. Sucked> Customer service was, Well, "there was no customer service". My experience with Stone System (Austin,Tx) was awful and very disappointing. I ordered my quartz kitchen counters with Home Depot (Bulverde, Tx) and had to pay in full in order to place countertop order, which they use Stone System. (let me tell you, If I had read the reviews I would not of used Home Depot) DAY 1- my appt window 1-5pm for install. I called Stone Sys to check in, spoke to cust serv and they were to call me back. (no call bac no installer) I called again at 5:05 left message then called and left message with manager. Rec'd call from the installer after 6pm due to mgr. told him to call. Day 2- my appt window 8-10am. Nothing again. It's almost 1pm and no call from stone sys. I called them again spoke to cust serv. Day 3- app 8-10am OMG we have installers who are contracted out. Juan and Guzman were great, professional and got the job done. Love my countertops and a lot of B S I had to go through to finally get them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STONE SYSTEMS. There was no follow up, customer service or care for the consumer (ME) also sad to mention Home depot was not good to work with through this process. I did let them know the issues I had with the company they use for counters and the bad reviews.

As a homeowner for 45 years, and having had granite installations in multiple homes, I had my worst experience ever with Stone Systems of Central Texas (Austin) as the subcontractor for Home Depot. I got several bids and Home Depot was the more expensive, with lower customer satisfaction. In this case, however, Stone Systems via Home Depot was my only alternative because they were the sole vendor who had the granite type I needed to match an existing granite counter installed 20 years ago. Initial contacts were pleasant and the measurements were fine, but the actual installation was a disaster. The installers first thought the piece didn’t fit the space and were about to leave. I insisted they re-measure, and we then concluded it was correctly pre-cut and only needed minor field cutting to match the rounded drywall corner. They then said they could not install the L-shaped counter without cutting it in half. This was in conflict with my agreement with the sales representative and measurement guy. I remained insistent on a one-piece installation and the installers gave me 2 choices: either cut the piece in half or run the risk of wall damage. I knew drywall could be repaired, so my choice was clear. The installers were quite cavalier and gave little thought about how to install the counter while minimizing wall damage. Instead, they brought the granite counter into the room and tried to ram it into place. In failing at this, one tried to hold up the heavy piece while the other went to get scrap wood 2x4s to prop up the counter so they could get it into place. I ended up with severe wall damage on all three adjoining walls! After-the-fact, I had difficulty reaching Stone Systems, until my VM indicated an intent to contact the Better Business Bureau. They then returned my call, but said there was nothing they would do. They cited fine print in the initial installation contract, indicating they were not responsible for incidental wall damage. I’ll now be paying for this repair myself. Definitely stay away from Stone Systems of Central Texas.

However, a week before installation I make arrangements and I was given a block of time that they would be there between 2-4pm on a Friday afternoon. On the day of installation I get a call at 3:30 saying that they just arrived at the appointment before mine and that they would be running late. They told me that they were in Boerne and they would try to be there by 5. Unfortunately they didn't call before they left the previous appointment. Traffic was so bad on the road that they didn't arrive to my place in Stone Oak til 6:30 and it took them a good two hours to install the counter top, bar and under-mounted sink. After they left I noticed that there was a dime sized chip on the edge of the counter. Also, I'm very disappointing with the support bracket they installed on the kitchen bar. They don't match the style of the house. When I told the customer service agent about this she told me that they were supposed to give me a preview of what they looked like ahead of time.

This yoyos are the vendors for silestone countertops for lowes and Home depot. They are lousy at contacting you and updating you on where the job stands at and will use every trick in the book to stick it to you Do not buy silestone products from HD or Lowes or you'll deal with these guys.

They did a horrible job installing the counter top. They were unprofessional and refuse to come back and fix it. They cut it crooked and it looks really bad. The two gentlemen who did the installing were really sweet but simply did a bad job. The corporate people now refuse to help fix the problem.
