"The were professional, responded quickly, and provided exactly what I paid for. But they were in my home for only about 30 minutes and the report, though 20 pages long, is mostly fill-in-the form data. I find it difficult to understand how they justify the prices they charge for the effort that goes into their services. However, having said that their price was competitive; it seems all appraisers charge, what seems to me, an exorbitant amount. As such I would hire them again if I really needed an appraiser."
