With over 33 years of experience, North Star Realty provides professional high-quality appraisals and exceptional customer service. I service the greater Houston area. I provide residential real estate appraisal/valuation services for purposes of divorce, estate, to assist in challenging Ad Valorem property taxes, marketing/listing, purchase/investment, repairs and improvements, and other purposes NOT related to getting a mortgage from a lender unless the lender/loan officer has EXPRESSLY STATED you can pick an appraiser of your own choosing. Mortgage lenders will typically order their own appraisals, on your behalf. Please be specific about your appraisal needs. Appraisal Fees can vary depending on factors such as property size, land area and/or assignment complexities. I'm also a real estate broker and a Realtor® and can provide services as a buyer's agent for purchasing properties, or for listing properties for sale when NOT acting in the capacity of a real estate appraiser.
