"Five-Star was the only company I solicited for a bid that 1) would come to my house to do an estimate; and 2) provided an acceptable solution for the crack. So, I hired them. They showed up on time and got the work done quickly. Due to a miscommunication, they painted a couple of walls the wrong color. They did not haggle with me or whine when I pointed out the error. They maintained a clean worksite throughout the time they were here. When I pointed out some issues with the initial job they did, there again was no haggling our discussion--they just fixed it.
