"Danny Wright responded to my call within a day or so and came on a weekend day to give me an estimate for the project. We were facing a time constraint because I was trying to get it done while my daughter was away at camp. Danny called back with an estimate based largely on how hard the wallpaper would be to remove (a per hour labor fee) and what they would encounter during that process. He was willing to try to work on getting this job completed during the time allotment, just before he was to leave on a vacation. He called and said what day he would come and he and his helper went to work removing the wallpaper. (I told him I thought the walls had been primed prior to the installation, which would normally make removal easier) It went well until they got to the vanity area, only to discover that only part of those walls had been primed, which made the rest of the paper harder to remove and the subsequent sheet rock repair would have to be done and dry before it could be primed and painted. They did a good job and the rooms look nice. It required 2 coats of paint (the bedroom was a deep lavender color) on top of a tinted primer. They worked until about 5:00 PM each afternoon and came on Saturday, all day, to complete the job before they left. Everything was cleaned including the mirrors, we just had to wait till it all dried. They were still working when my daughter arrived home from camp. My daughter was very surprised, as was I, that they were able to fit it into their schedule, as initially I was not too optimistic about finding someone so competent to get the job done on time."

"Dan Schaeffer and some of his crew had done interior painting for me several years ago, and I had been very pleased with their work. Last year I contacted him to make a couple of minor corrections, and he was willing to stand by his work and return to do these things, even though time had passed. I actually deferred it again, and recently asked for him to come back to follow up. In addition to these minor touch ups, Dan's crew came in this time and texturized and painted a half bath, my chimney, some spots on the eves where the squirrels had chewed, and my front door. They also repaired some wallpaper in my bathroom and the frame around the back door where a screen door had been removed, and caulked and painted the post between the garage doors which had been bumped by my daughter with her car. Finally, they went through the house with me to caulk and touch up knicks and scrapes on the trim and walls around the house so it would look good to sell. They did a great job, and the crew worked very hard!"

"They were able to get to my job and paint it a week earlier than expected, and they were done in a half day.  They are very fast, efficient, clean, and made quick work of the job.  The result is excellent.  There was one small "whoops" when they had taped a wallpapered wall for the edging, but the paper pulled off with the tape when it was removed.  Octavio repaired it with a strip of quarter-round which he then painted and it blends perfectly into the one wall, and solved the problem.  They didn't wait for me to find it - he pointed it out to me right away, and offered to do whatever I wanted to take care of it.  These guys are professional, and very thorough about their work.  I will definitely hire them again.  Also, their estimate was over $300 less than one of their competitors."
