Randall is an excellent craftsman and a real pleasure to work with.  He took care to order the correct amount of wallpaper and ensure the walls were well prepared.  He did exceptional work, right down to wallpapering switchplates and even a breaker box cover.  He was very conscientious in everything he did.  He was a very neat craftsman and left the jobsite in the same shape as when he arrived.  When I ran out of wallpaper midway through the last project because I expanded it further, he simply re-scheduled to come back when the new wallpaper arrived without a fuss.  This guy is great.  I'd never use anyone else.

I couldn't be more pleased. Really. I walk into my bathroom and just stare at that wall and just love it. I can tell you that if I had tried to hang it I wouldn't be loving it. But Randall did a super job. And it didn't take him hardly any time at all. It was really a simple, straightforward job and he was willing to come all the way across town to do it. My wall has quite a bit of texture to it (sigh), and he gave me the option to have the texture removed too at additional cost, understandably. But I opted to not remove the texture. Of course, I notice the texture there, but it still looks fantastic. 
I totally recommend him. I have never ventured into the world of wallpaper before and I was not about to do it myself. Hire the guy who knows--it's Randall.

I worked with Randall on this project.  He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product.  From the initial visit/assessment to the final install, Randall was prompt and kept to schedule.  He followed through on all his commitments making this is a very positive experience.  Prior to installing the paper, Randall made sure I understood what to expect and even called my attention to some potential issues that I was not aware of.  He was extremely detailed in his work, very professional, and competitive in pricing.  I would highly recommend him to others who would like a professional finish to their wall papering installs.

Went well and timely

I had been having problems getting someone to wallpaper my bathroom due to the building / remolding boom in Austin. Through Angie's List I contacted three of the top-rated installers and only one - Hang Em High - cared enough to respond, Randall agreed to come to my home the following Saturday to give me an estimate. He arrived on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and I hired him. Although he advised me it would be about two weeks before he could get to me because of other jobs, he actually arrived early to perform the work. My 50's bathroom has lots of corners and short runs, and the wallpaper I had purchased was difficult to install, but Randall did an amazing job. There were even two places where he voluntarily removed the wallpaper and installed new sheets due to problems beyond his control because of the pride in his work. I was very happy with the work he did, and would definitely hire him again in the future.

Randall was awesome! He was extremely responsive and provided a very competitive quote. When it was time to do the job he arrived on time and had everything needed to knock it out. His attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Difficult in that construction was still in process. I've had this wallpaper hung before. This company did an excellent job. Very pleased.
