I had a pretty terrible experience working with Sentex. After the Big Freeze in Central Texas, I contacted them to troubleshoot our poor upstairs water pressure. Isaac, the owner, seemed extremely knowledgeable and nice, but as the project went on, he fell through. He canceled or rescheduled multiple times, wouldn't reply to text messages reliably, and in the end, his guys installed our shower valve incorrectly. Plus, Isaac repeatedly tried to upsell me into expensive fixes (an above ground water line and a pressurization system to increase pressure), when the problem all along was that they just installed things wrong. From start to finish, it took more than a month, multiple cancelled appointments, dozens of text messages, and several calls to resolve what should have taken a day. I was trying to be accommodating because all plumbers were very busy during this period, but frankly how Isaac handled everything was completely ridiculous. When I finally switched to a different plumber, the new guy came out in a timely manner, identified the problem, and fixed Sentex's shoddy work. He said that the mistakes they made were amateurish: they didn't affix the shower valve to the wall, forgot to open the interval stop, and didn't fit the downspout to the pipe correctly. If I hadn't gotten it fixed, it could have caused a catastrophic leak into my walls. The other plumber was shocked. Really, really disappointing. Bad communication, bad follow-through, and bad craftsmanship. When pressed on it, Isaac had a bunch of excuses. He didn't take responsibility for their screw ups and their extremely poor customer experience. All told, I spent $900 for for Sentex to install the valve incorrectly, and another $400 to have another plumber come fix their mistakes. They don't care about small jobs (they were always cancelling because they had a larger construction project) and they don't do what's right to fix the problems they cause. For your sake and the sake of your bank account, find another plumber. Sentex is no good.

GREAT service, SUPER nice guys and one EXTREMELY happy customer!  We had a leaky pipe behind a wall in our new house over Memorial Day weekend.  I called Isaac early Sunday morning, and he had one of his guys out within an hour to fix the problem.  Isaac dealt with our home warranty company, and even offered to take my husband to get his car from the mechanic's shop on his way home.  Will definitely be keeping their number in my contacts for ANY other plumbing issue we have!  They are simply the best!

I can not say enough good things about this experience.  I am a real estate agent who had a listing under contract.  Upon the prospective buyer's inspection it was discovered that the water pressure was low in the home (run on septic), AND that the water heater was not installed properly.  Having used Sentex Plumbing in the past for clients, and personally, I called Isaac Hernandez right away.  We had only 48 hours to get these issues taken care of or we could lose the contract.  Isaac and his team worked quickly and professionally to work us into their schedule, and gave us the proper documentation right away so we could move forward with the transaction.  The buyers were so impressed with the work done, that upon closing on their home, and asked for Sentex Plumbing's contact information for their future plumbing needs.   In my opinion,  the pricing was fair for the services rendered and Isaac and his team are trustworthy, professional, and overall great people to work with.  I have used them multiple times since then, and will continue to do so for years to come.

It was excellent.  He is very timely.  He came right away.  His prices were very reasonable.
