I have worked with Max Leaman at New American Funding for a number of years. They have always done an excellent job of initiating and closing loans. I have purchased home equity loans with them. Also my adult son and daughter have purchased their first homes with their residential loans. They are very personal and professional. I have found them to be efficient and effective. Loans are generated quickly and everything is done very clearly. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a loan.

I worked with Tiffany and I couldn't be happier with the service, knowledge and compassion she and the Leaman team provided. I was not a first time buyer but it was still a very intimidating process. Tiffany had discovered a lien on other property that was affecting my credit scores and worked tirelessly to get it removed and get me the score I deserved, which then provided me with a lower interest rate. She made me her priority and was quick to respond to emails and calls. In Texas you just can't get any better Mortgage team to work with than Max Leaman. I take my hat off to y'all!!

Great! I had the opportunity to work with the team at Max Leaman over the course of a couple years. The Austin market is tough and Amanda Stewart worked with us to explain our options, keep us up to date with the latest trends, and made sure that nothing was left to chance. Jori and Michelle were easy to work with in helping my husband and I purchase our very first home. Jori was very patient in answering every single question I had (and I had a lot as a first time home buyer), and she was very quick to respond my endless number of emails. Getting the documents to them, signing paper work and following up with additional documents with Michelle was easy and all done electronically (super convenient!). I never worried about not being able to close on time just because Jori and team always kept me updated and they would follow up with a call to remind me about documents or actions I needed to take. The rates they offered were competitive and were very spot on in the estimate for closing. We would definitely reach out to Jori again if we are in the market for a mortgage. I don't think we could have had a smoother process as we did without all the hard work from Jori and Michelle.

After my credit union denied my loan application, I was referred to Max Leaman. I called him on a Friday afternoon, not at all expecting anyone, much less him, to answer. We had a great conversation, and he assured me that we would be able to work together. He said we'd be able to close within 3 weeks, and we actually did. He helped take the stress out of what can be a very stressful experience. I'm happy to give him my highest recommendation.

Where do I start?! We were moving from California (as so many are these days!) and had no networks to work with for lenders.. we reached out to 3 different companies and got 3 different quotes. Amanda at the Leaman Team not only got back to us the quickest BUT she also had the best offer!! Everyone at Prime Lending is great. All of their emails are very clear and easy to understand, and they spend the time to explain things when you call with questions. I wanted to take a moment and share my experience working with PrimeLending. I truly appreciated and continue to appreciate the attention they paid, the willingness to answer questions and the friendly communication. Amy Oehler took the time, over a year before my purchase, to answer questions when I wasn't yet applying. As a newbie homebuyer and doing it on my own, I was quite nervous about the process, working with the Prime team made it so much easier. Also, I spoke with multiple real estate agents who brightened when I said I was working with Prime. They know Prime for their professionalism and being easy to work with. The rep at the title company also seemed pleased that my paperwork was coming from Prime. Apparently, title companies know Prime for an efficient packet to complete at close. I actually contacted Max Leaman-PrimeLending months before we found our home and made sure that everything we had was in order to ensure a smooth closing on our loan. I dealt with a number of different people in different positions at Max Leaman-PrimeLending and every one of them was professional and went above and beyond to help answer questions or address concerns. Here's the thing. Buying a house, especially your first house, is super stressful. Working with Jori Stern from the Leaman team is the exact opposite of stressful. My realtor, Jane Amschwand, recommended Jori and it was a no brainer to go with her. She walked me through my options, made it super simple and easy to get all the right documents together to get approved, and then speedily churned out the pre-approval letters until I finally got a house I love in this crazy Austin market. Nothing about buying a house was simple, but everything about my financing was, I felt super comfortable going in to close, and I would use Jori again in a heartbeat (though I sincerely hope not to be buying a house again any time soon!).

Everybody at Max Leaman was absolutely fantastic in my experience of working with them. The Max Leaman team (Amy Bailey Oehler and Jeff Kueker) exceeded all of my expectations! This was my first home-buying experience, and I was nervous about the process, the costs, and the speed with which I could secure a home loan.
