He was even able to work the job in ahead of schedule which was really helpful for me. The crew who came out (Steve and one other individual) were extremely professional as well and went above and beyond with the actual work. They took their time, ensured a high-quality outcome and while they had some downtime (when waiting for some paint to dry), they did some other touchups that were not part of the original job. Michael is very detail oriented and does a detailed inspection of all work completed. There is a thorough cleanup done every day before his crew leaves. And, he did everything possible to limit the amount of dust spread in our house. What separates the OK, from the good to the very best contractor is how they handle the unexpected. That happened on our job & I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. In fact, I ended up having to insist on splitting the additional costs with him.
