Bay Coast Plumbing was the only one who really seemed to know what they were doing. One company actually poked holes in our pipes and made the problem worse! Bay Coast came out and dug up a little bit of the yard on the side of the house to see what was going on and found that the pipes were very old and rusted so badly that they were broken in a few places. We decided to go ahead with Bay Coast after getting all the estimates in. It was a little difficult to get in contact with them before the work was started, but once they started the job, everything was excellent. Great customer service. They replanted the hibiscus plants that they had to dig up to work on the pipes and redid the concrete they had to tear up. It actually looked better than it did before!
