"Lee Frankum came to our house first to go over everything that needed to be done.  He was very thorough in explaining all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable about everything.  TREY and DYLAN were the two that did the whole job and they were FANTASTIC!!!!  They were both very knowledgeable and worked tirelessly from the time they arrived until they left each of the 3 days they were here!!!!  They would inform me of things beforehand and were VERY pleasant to work with, and would clean up after each day.  Trey even went an extra mile moving a hose beside our dishwasher so it wouldn't show that we had put in and also switched the "hot" and "cold" water on our shower to the right knobs.  They had been reversed since we purchased the house back in 1984.

"I have used Kephart Handyman Services for several years. They have installed exterior lighting, power vents on our roof, repaired/replaced exterior wood that was rotted, replaced damaged fascia and soffetts, and painted the exterior of our house. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"I had problems in our back yard with water pooling during heavy rainfall and was concerned about possible flooding of our house and garage.  We have a pool and concrete patio, so I knew this was not going to be an easy fix.

Rob came out and spent about 2 hours looking over our situation and talking about options.  After he left, he came up with a single plan with components so we could proceed one step at a time, then wait and evaluate the success of that step or do a number of steps at once. 

Since we we were very concerned about the possibility of flooding, we elected to proceed with regrading, adding an exterior drainage line from the garage to the street, replacing an existing line from the house to the street, adding catch basins and re-grading areas around the house and garage.

The work was done at the days and times arranged; the crew was very considerate and professional and the work was beautiful.  

Most importantly, we have had several very heavy rainfalls and the solutions we had implemented by Works By Rob are performing as well as we had hoped.   We had no accumulation of water and no worries!"
