Ck'd Angie's List & picked Bay Coast. Explained the problem & they quoted approx. $100 per hr. per man. They arrived on time as promised & were very quick. Got the leak fixed, were really pleasant young men. Only charged us $113.00 for what took about an hours so we felt really lucky. Also mentioned how high our next water bill would be & they suggested taking the receipt to the water company for a discount because we got it repaired in a timely manner. They were top notch all the way."

The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. "Roberto came to our home and took very detailed measurements and then provided an estimate the next day. The estimate included two options, granite or pre-fabricated granite and included tile work for the backsplash and plumbing work. We met with him that weekend to look at the granite and pre-fabricated granite. At the granite manufacturer, he showed us full granite slabs, not small pieces and gave us his ideas on ideal granite colors and they matched with our thoughts. We went to the pre-fab granite location next where we were able to see the quality and Roberto educated us on Installation of pre-fab granite. We have a very long master bath countertop (almost 7"), so we went the traditional granite route. We then went to see tile options where Roberto showed us travertine tile samples that would look good with our granite choice. We even looked at grout samples, so that we would be sure to have the right look. We asked him what to do about our sad looking master bathtub. Roberto suggested granite to replace the seat and windowsill cultured marble and also a sliding glass door. We took his advice and were very happy. Roberto's installers came a week later and made short work of removing our old countertops and installing the new ones. The work was incredible and the detail was precise. The granite fits close to the cabinets and the seams are almost impossible to see. The following day, the backsplash was installed and the plumbing work started. The tile work is gorgeous and was done with considerable care, no large clumps of grout where a small tile piece should be. The plumbing was immaculate...clean, neat work with no swearing or unnecessary banging. The plumber Roberto works with even installed a new disposal in our kitchen since our old one was no longer working. The shower door and grout rework were excellent as well. What a pleasant experience. An additional note about Roberto... We had a top mount sink installed in the kitchen, not knowing that the granite needed to be cut in place to do that. Some dust was created, but Roberto sent someone the next day to clean and came himself to check on the work and ask for suggestions on how to improve next time. We loved working with Roberto and will do so again.

I called their office around 1pm today because I noticed that my water heater was badly corroded and leaking into the safety pan. I chose them because they had good yelp reviews compared to some other companies that do more marketing. The young woman Morgan, that took my call was very professional and told me that someone could come out between 2-5pm. I also called another company, Texas Master Plumber, to get a quote because they were rated highly on Angie's List. Of course, they both show up with 15 mins of each other. Initially, TMP shows up to the wrong house and their secretary calls me to ask why I'm not there. I walk outside and see them halfway down the block. TMP winds up giving me a quote that is $200 more for a less reputable brand water heater than Smart Choice Plumbers. I was also very impressed they wore shoe covers out of respect for my floors and were able to install it the same day. From the time I made the first call to the time they left after completing the installation, it was 4 hours. That is very impressive!! The installation was installed up to the latest plumbing codes and I could tell Carlos was very knowledgeable. It is obvious he enjoys what he does based on his very professional like workmanship.
