It is important for our customers to understand that a simple exchange of your wood balusters to metal can be straight forward and simple (usually within 1 day), depending on the size of your stair.

"Excellent- I was referred to Clint by another flooring company -Jaime C flooring -due to his location and quality. Clint contacted me right away and came over to give me a quote. He was prompt with scheduling and his guys were excellent. they arrived on time, were courteous and clean. They did fantastic work. They removed the carpet, took off the railing and balusters and constructed the staircase and was able to use the existing railing and balusters. the staircase looks beautiful. I would recommend them highly! After they constructed the staircase Jaime C flooring then came in and sanded and finished the wood to match the rest of the flooring. Over all I am very pleased with their service and professionalism."

Because we take special pride in our work, we do not subcontract in order to maintain a desired level of quality on every project that we work on. "I used Woodchuck 3 other times without any complaints or issues, but this time was very disappointing. The quality of fence was mediocre - a lot of split boards, which I only know because I had to re-stain the fence because Josh made a mistake on the stain color - I got red stain instead of walnut. I paid $790 for staining and Josh admitted it was his mistake but it would cost ME to fix. No one has ever paid me for messing up! My son was in ICU on the day of the staining (a little distracted) so when Josh called me to look at it; I saw it mismatch but Josh said it would dry darker and the guys could do a heavier second coat and it would look closer - so I trusted him. Unfortunately red will never look brown and I had to repair it myself - what a waste of $790 -- BAD customer service! :("

Chris was extremely helpful from our first email to job completion. He helped us pick materials for the contemporary look we were going for and made suggestions to keep costs down. His installation team was also extremely professional, meticulous and courteous. We are thrilled with the finished product. I wish we had more stairs they could do for us! Note: Chris's team did not do the painting or staining - that had to be done by other contractors we hired separately. We highly recommend Aaron's Touchups & Restoration and Sun Painting."
