We specialize in concrete, regular or decorative, tree Trimming, cedar fence, Pergolas, metal works, parking lot restoration, including asphalt repair and striping. We have all the right equipment and crew!

Yes, you can paint over a troweled wall once the texture is fully dry. Remember that textured surfaces may require more paint and hands-on, detailed work to ensure you get into all the nooks and crannies. If your walls are highly textured, a paint sprayer may be the best fit for the job.

In most cases, you have to sand crown molding before painting. This is due to the nature and design of molding. It’s not a flat wall, so uneven surfaces will be immediately noticeable once that paint dries. Sanding down the surface smooths everything out, leading to a satisfactory result. This largely depends on your environment and how well the paint was sealed. Properly sealed chalk paint furniture that isn’t regularly dinged by toys or steel boots can last 5 years or—often significantly—longer. However, if it isn’t sealed correctly or is subject to regular wear and tear, you can expect the coat to last 3 years or less.
