DAVID SELLS ROOFING

Submitted final proposeal on 6/2. Mr Sells he would use Certain Teed pesidental lifetime designer shigles with a 50 year warrenty.  He didn't use that brand he useed a different brand without notifing use.  He hired sub contractors for the repairs and for the painting.  I was not aware that these were sub contractors were being used.   I was under the impression that these were his empoyees.  At the time of discussuon of the contract we were not informed that sub contractors would be used for the job.  He stated in the contract that no other service provider could do any work on my home until he was finished with his work.  I was content with that proposal at time because I assumed he would do his work and be on his way quickly.  He has since left the job unfinished refusing to come back. and this has dragged on for months.
His painter applied  gloppy caulk around windows and doors, used a grider to apptempt to smooth out the caulking in so doing ruied my moisonite siding taking past it's protective barrier.  Although he stated that primer will fix this problem we have been advised by serveral other contractors that this fix will not work.  He ordered the wrong size windows for our garage, he then stated that he would change the size of the windows in the garage to accomidate the windows he ordered.  We did not request this change in the size of our windows.  
He never came out to check the progress of his subcontracors, he would send his young son to delivery supplies to the job.  When we ask him questions on the progress of the work he didn't have any answers.  I then recieved a angry text from Mr. Sells to please stop asking his son questions he stated that all questions should be directed at him but he was never on site to ask questions.
Mr. Sells stated that he come to my home and walk through the project with the paiter and see exactly what needs to be to taken care.  He assured me in the text that he would take care of everything.  Needless to say he did not show up on the day he stated he would.  I waited  and wasted my entire day waiting on him to show.
He has not been back to my home to finish the porject.  He returned once while I was in the hospital to retrieve his equiptment.  I have not seen him since that day. 
I sent him an email asking his intentions on the job and he stated very rudly that he would not finish the job he started becasue he didn't feel that he could live up to my standards which were only that I recieve qaility work.
