His not communicating since August. I was calling and texting him, no response. He did not do it right. He did not even connect the electric to the gate. I ended up getting someone to connect it."

You can DIY a stockade fence installation, but prepare to put in some good sweat equity. For the best results, carefully plan the exact location of your fence before you break ground.
