"I have a hand woven, wool rug, that is incredibly challenging to keep clean, especially with dogs. I met with Charles, and he stated that this was something they could absolutely take care of. "The technicians arrived at the appointment time and gave me the options of the water heater I could select from. They efficiently removed the old one from its attic location and installed the new one in a timely manner. They made sure everything was left clean. "They did install gutter guards which was nice. They charged me to clean my gutters-. The guys basically pulled the pine needles and just removed them and left them on the ground. I had to go out and rake up all the debris they left on my lawn. They didn't clean the downspouts either."
