"The technicians arrived at the appointment time and gave me the options of the water heater I could select from. They efficiently removed the old one from its attic location and installed the new one in a timely manner. They made sure everything was left clean. "They did install gutter guards which was nice. They charged me to clean my gutters-. The guys basically pulled the pine needles and just removed them and left them on the ground. I had to go out and rake up all the debris they left on my lawn. They didn't clean the downspouts either."
