"This is our fourth year having Brandon Alpert, BA'S Carpet Cleaning, clean our carpets and furniture. In the past, we had the big name carpet cleaners do the carpets. When Brandon came the first time to clean, he was professional, verified with us the rooms we wanted cleaned, and then he took the time to explain the process and made sure there were NO SURPRISES! We love that kind of preliminary customer service. There is no one else we will call to clean our carpets. When he is done cleaning, the drying time is less than a day for us. We had fans on in every room and lowered the air temp (it was June) to handle the humidity. The next morning the air was so clean, dust in the air was gone. Oh, I almost forgot, we have a dog.
