He said it was outside his area, but that he could be here in about an hour or so. I told him what I needed, and he gave me a preliminary quote over the phone. I told him that the quote was within my budget and that if the in-person quote was also within my budget, I would like him to do the work., He said he would see me soon. He was here in just under an hour. He walked through my kitchen and bathroom and gave me a final estimate. Then, he proceeded to start working on my problems. When he went under the house, he found further problems that would add time & cost. He fixed & left what I asked him to. He did the job with minimal mess. He cleaned that up as well.
