Engineer came to my house for a structural inspection. He seemed knowledgeable. I paid half of his fee with the other half payable upon receiving a report. Two weeks later we still donâ t have a written report. I will consider upgrading this review once a report is received.

"We needed an evaluation of our cracked foundation. They took measurements and established a baseline for annual checkups.
