"Ty is hands on. His foreman is amazing. The foreman answered all questions...asked me if I need explanation of what was going on and made sure I looked in each hole dug to see the piles that were installed. Another company that I won't mention was offering 15 piles to correct my 2300 sq ft house. Ty corrected my home installing 36 piles for $2400 less. "We needed an evaluation of our cracked foundation. They took measurements and established a baseline for annual checkups. They will come back next year to see if there has been any additional movement that would require repair. I offerd to pay them but they said their evaluations are free - no charge. Excellent customer service before, during and after the evaluation!"
