Some of the jobs are really easy for him and some of the jobs are rather difficult especially when running cables. He's very punctual and easy to communicate with. There are always issues with every project whether it's audio-visual stuff to building a pool but Tom and his son always communicate and let you know the solutions and associated cost prior to performing the work. I really do believe that the cost is a phenomenal value. I've left the house open for him while I'm not there and he goes above and beyond and takes care of my dog and sends me a picture of the closed garage door when he leaves the home.
