"We needed work done on a 60+ year old sliding glass patio door! Door would not slide correctly and was continually getting off the track. I sent out a plea for help thru Next Door and within a few minutes was contacted by William with Patio Door Pro. Told him of the problem and he told me how he could fix it. Gave me a quote during our call and set up a time that he could be there to take care of the problem. Two days later he arrived right on time with his brother to assist. Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough.
