Very professional

Larry came out to repair my garage door as the cable had come off the track. He upsold us on repairing the wheels in the track as well, about $600 total. It broke in the exact same way 3 months later. I contacted him. He said he'd come out on Tuesday to do the repair. He never showed up, and I waited .all day I contacted him again to ask what happened, and he is now ignoring all of my requests for help. He's a nice guy in person, but his work and business practices are poor.

The provider adjusted a garage door at a rental property that was becoming inoperable. He responded promptly even though a little outside his normal service area. Though I was not present, he kept me up to date on his progress by text and phone. He gave me options on how to proceed. He was very professional, price was fair, and my excellent tenant was happy she could put her car in the garage again. I will definitely use again!

I am really pleased with this company! Larry was here on time and went above and beyond to make certain everything I needed was done. He even fixed items I didn't know I needed for free. Absolutely great! My garage door had been broken for a couple of weeks. So late Sunday night I decided to go online to check out prices for garage repair and replacement in my neighborhood. I received a pop-up for my information and entered it. Not thinking it would mean anything. To my surprise, on Monday when I got home from work my nephew said Auntie the repairman had been here to fix the garage. I said what repairman...I hadn't called anyone. He said well the garage is fixed and he pointed out other issues that needed fixing and left his card and price for repairs. On Tuesday I got the additional repairs fixed. Larry from LM Garage Door Service has come to our rescue twice with repairs to our Garage Door. After an American Home Shield provider failed to meet our expectation, we accessed Angi's List for a fix to our problem. Larry was prompt, professional and he quoted a fair price for our repair. We contacted him again recently and again, he gave us excellent service.

repair panel, greased the tracks and replaced the rollers. The door sounds great and very quiet now. Larry did a great job and completed the task in a timely manner. I submitted the request and Larry came out the next morning. I will still need to replace my door at some point and will certainly have Larry install the new door!!!!

After a bad estimate with a service provider from our Home Warranty provider, we decided to try Angi's List to find a better deal. LM Garage Door Service was prompt in reply and they were able to complete our request and solve our garage door problem without having to replace both of our garage doors. Not only saved us money but we are against pleased with the quality and honesty of Angi's List providers.
