"BilBil and his crew were excellent. Plants had to be removed in our flowerbeds. Huge holes had to be dug. The dirt was taken out in layers and was replaced back exactly as it came out. Our plants were put back perfectly. Our porch had sunk enough that our sidewalk and porch no longer matched, but when they raised and stabilized our columns the porch and sidewalk once again were level!! Once the crew had cleaned up we couldn’t tell they had been there. Everyone was very courteous and wanted to do a good job. We are extremely pleased."

"STAY AWAY!!!!! They will take your money and not do the job. They are bad news. They are not with Home Adviser or BBB. They boast it, but are not any part with them. Owner came to house, walked job with me, I explained, I needed this done very quickly because I had sod coming. I also told him I wanted no "games" he said he understood. Crew showed up, no owner ever, dug trenches, and said they had to leave @ 330 (Friday) due to a spouse party. I said no issue, see you tomorrow, they agreed. NO SHOW, NO COMMUNICATION, only by me EVER...to see where my 850.00 went. The owner promised he would be there Monday to finish. No call no show....now 3 to 4 days have passed, no rain.....Tuesday rain, owner said the rain is the issue.... I almost forgot...the excuses, in the hospital, in jury duty..."my dog ate my homework" I told owner, never raised my voice, never argued, told him either they finish, or fired.....he dropped 2 guys and a truck at my house all day. They dug a 7' trench, 1' deep and then waited all day, for owner to answer his phone. I talked with them for about thirty minutes while waiting for owner. They said this was typical of owner, chasing jobs, chasing money, not paying them, not answering his phone....they were very frustrated, imagine me? With my sod dying on the skids, I fired this company, hired the first company that contacted me. While his crew was waiting all day for him. This new company showed up, with real crew, real equipment, a real plan, and finished by end of day. While they were working, owner showed up, in a car?????? no material, with more excuses....I approached him, told him he was fired, for lack of work, no communication, and basically a snake oil sales man... he gave me the stunned look, tried to talk, told him, I didn't want to hear it. I also told him, he should do the right thing and give me half of my money back for not doing the job, but did dig a trench. I wanted his guys to get paid. He agreed to pay me, but then all the flood of lies came out........first he text me and started threatening me ( I have all the texts if anyone wants to see them) then he agreed again to pay but give him time. I'm a fair guy, some times way to fair for guys like this, said he could have until Monday. He was a no show on Monday, waited for any communication, none....So I text him, this is when he tells me he's in Tyler (meeting was in Hurst???) and If I can wait he will pay....I was like, this is so childish over 900 bucks....I said fine......next meeting no show????? again no communication, so I text him, this is where he says to me...I have your money in my pocket, but I'm in jury duty???????? and he actually sent me a bogus summons....at this point, my money was burned from him chasing jobs, with other peoples money.....so I told him, I'm done, my only recourse is to keep posting the truth on this company. This is the exact events that took place, at no time did I get mad, raise my voice, threaten = zero....on the other hand...he lies, threatened, just bad business owner...I have all communications, all texts, all emails for anyone to see if this company tries to counter what I'm saying...its a 100% accurate DO NOT USE THEM! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

Cement companies often charge a per-cubic-yard cost for concrete, which averages around $130. In most cases, you can also expect to pay for leveling, surfacing, and add-on services, like stamping concrete. Here are some typical prices for common concrete projects for which you may hire a cement company.

  • Walkway: $1,800

  • Driveway: $2,800

  • Standard patio: $3,300

  • Stamped concrete patio: $4,000

  • Concrete steps: $3,500

  • Colored concrete: $3,800

You might also need to budget for removing your old concrete or additional land prep before your professional can pour concrete.

Concrete dries faster in the heat than in the cold, but when concrete cures too fast, it can cause weak concrete. It’s best to pour concrete when temperatures are between 50 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit, watering it five to 10 times per day for seven days (unless you pour concrete in the winter). Slower cure times, such as when pouring concrete in cold weather, can cause strong concrete, but you need to monitor the temperature drop and moisture levels. Avoid pouring concrete when temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Yes, zip flashing tape will stick to concrete. It also adheres to metal, PVC, glass, masonry blocks, and wood. Just make sure to keep sheathing at least ½ inch away from the concrete and use a backer rod to fill the space between the two. If you don’t have zip flashing tape, try any sealant with a backer rod or professional masking tape.

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.

You will know concrete is fully cured after 28 days when the new concrete reaches its maximum strength. Follow the cure time information on the manufacturer’s label or ask your concrete pro about when your concrete is fully cured. You can drive your concrete once it’s partially cured, usually around seven days after it’s poured. After one week, the concrete is strong enough to hold up to regular-size vehicles.
