I have reached out to you in hopes to clarify any misunderstandings and address outstanding issues. update- The estimate that you and I both signed, clearly states that floor leveling would be additional if needed. We spent the better part of a day grinding and fixing the floor and did not charge extra for that. Nor did we charge for the mildew repair on all 4 lower walls by the toilet, over a days worth of work, that also was to be extra per the agreement."
