"Excellent! Tony, the owner, was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and keep me updated throughout the process. Late on a Monday night, I shared with Tony that I had had multiple contractors cancel on me last-minute and that, as a result, I was in a very difficult spot with little time to get the jobs completed that I needed done the very next day. Tony told me he would do whatever he could to move things around in his schedule and accommodate my needs. He did just that. The next morning, Ray (the handyman), was at my house at 10 am sharp — exactly the time I was told he would be there. Punctuality may be not a big deal to some, but as someone who has has found it very difficult to get contractors in ETX to show up on time — if at all (and do great work), this stood out to me as a beacon of integrity and professionalism in a sea of mediocrity.
