"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff were not only professional , knowledgeable, efficient and timely, but they were kind, considerate, friendly and fair. They explained everything they were doing and even drew me a diagram to help me understand the system and issues. They also gave me a folder with all the paperwork to keep in my files! There are other companies in town but I've used Morgan A/C twice now and I wouldn't use anyone else!"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Very poor business practices. Did not provide a quote for the service before the repair was completed and when we asked for a breakdown of the bill, their response was it was a tier one repair and they refused to breakdown the cost into amount in labor and amount in parts. It cost $300 for a repair that took less than 30 minutes to diagnose and repair and they would not explain why the cost was so high. They also do not have online bill pay so you have to read your credit card to someone over the phone to pay the bill. I do public speaking for a living and enunciate well and the young lady on the phone took at least 6 tries before she could get the information correct. At one point, she tried to tell me it was insufficient funds. Obviously not the case since she finally managed to enter everything correctly (after a ridiculous amount of time on the phone) and my card was transaction was successful. Will NEVER do business with this company again."

"No doubt they hire great installation people, but their communication and honoring their quotes has little to be desired. I will elaborate. I was given a quote, left on my voicemail. I responded the next day letting NRG know I accepted their quote. 1 week later I received a phone call telling me they wouldn't honor the quote give, and they cited the reasons as Tarif's. This was back in April 2025. I still went with NRG, albeit at a$1000.00 increase. The second reason I wouldn't recommend this company, and this for me is the final straw, after installing my solar NRG didn't let me know I needed to have an ESR release, in layman's terms this is necessary for your power company to accept your new solar system. I found out this information when they contacted me in August 2025. NEG blamed the company who upgraded my Electrical Panel. NRG INSTALLED MY SOLAR AFTER THE PANEL WAS UPGRADED. Since this company doesn't communicate with its clients I would say go with another company."

"Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
