He did a really good job. He comes out regularly and he cannot get it adjusted right. He has done the best that he can. He recommended that we just have it re-done and that means ripping out the ceiling again and we decided we do not want to do that. They are professional and he will come out at all hours if you have an emergency. He does not charge extra for that and he is very knowledgeable. He will call and follow-up with his work. He is also very honest and fair. I can trust what he says. They are conscientious about their work and they are professional. He will talk to you in layman terms, so that you can understand. His price is very fair. I would use him again. I have recommended him to my family, mom, friends, and everyone else. My mother has used him several times already. It is very nice to find someone as honest as they are.

We contacted Jones AC and Heating to repair a heating unit at our home that was not turning on. They came on 12/20 and discovered that the sensor board needed replacement. After service, the unit was working when manually turned on at the thermostat.

After they left, the unit shut down again. When they returned, it was discovered that the internal breakers were tripping, resulting in the unit shutting off after one cycle. They repaired this issue and the unit was working when manually cycled at the thermostat when they left

Later that night, it was discovered that the unit was not functioning on the auto setting for the thermostat. They came out first thing in the morning, checked the thermostat and replaced it, The unit is now functioning as it should.

Throughout the process, they were very responsive and thorough, spending several hours over a three day period troubleshooting and repairing the unit. They waived labor charges for the work done on days 2 and 3. The technicians were professional and friendly. We have used their services in the past and will continue to do so in the future - we highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heating services from a professional and trustworthy company.

I was out of town during the worst heat wave/drought I have seen in my lifetime. My mother lives with me and was home alone when my AC until went out. Clint Jones has been our family AC person for a few years and she gave him a call on a hot Saturday morning. Someone came right out, repaired the unit and made sure that my mother was as comfortable as possible. I really appreciate the knowledgeable professionalism of his technicians and the personal care they took with my mom while I was away. I have never had a bad experience with Clint or his team. He will always be my go to AC guy and the one I tell my friends to use

They adjusted the settings correctly. They were prompt, and my AC was more efficient after they worked on it.
