"Factory direct installed new windows and siding on my home in Feb of 2015. They were the most competitive and fair in pricing of all the solicited bids, and answered the questions I had in a prompt and courteous fashion. "He came out and gave an estimate on trimming one tree but was in too big of a hurry to even look at the other trees that we were wanting removed. He seemed nice but I would have preferred he schedule a time when he could actually look at the job rather than have someone in the car with him on their way to somethng else."
