Was I happy!  In my guest bathroom I required the wallpaer to be removed and the walls painted.  The 1st painter removed most of the wallpaper and revealed electrical holes left by the builder.  He painted the walls without covering the holes or smoothing the walls.  I called Mr. Alvarez and explained the situation.   He came by looked at the bathroom and gave me a price.  He came alone early on Tuesday patched the holes and mudded the walls.  Thursday he and another gentleman sanded the walls and painted.  The wallls are glorous.  They are smooth and uniform in color.  I plan on having him come back and do the interior of my house.  YEAH!

It will require lot of work to get it nice, but Martin communicated that with this method there will be some damage to the drywall. I can well recommend this company."
