Shortly after AES finished, and before any follow-on work was done, I had a professional appraiser review the house. The appraiser commented that this was one of the cleanest houses if not the cleanest that he had seen following popcorn ceiling removal. It probably cost more than what a typical painter may charge, but it was done correctly. I can sleep at night."
