There were cases where the sub contractors attempted to do less than contractually required and then cover it up. Not so, with AES. Miguel and his crew paid attention to the details. Shortly after AES finished, and before any follow-on work was done, I had a professional appraiser review the house. The appraiser commented that this was one of the cleanest houses if not the cleanest that he had seen following popcorn ceiling removal. It probably cost more than what a typical painter may charge, but it was done correctly. I can sleep at night."

Was I happy!  In my guest bathroom I required the wallpaer to be removed and the walls painted.  The 1st painter removed most of the wallpaper and revealed electrical holes left by the builder.  He painted the walls without covering the holes or smoothing the walls.  I called Mr. Alvarez and explained the situation.   He came by looked at the bathroom and gave me a price.  He came alone early on Tuesday patched the holes and mudded the walls.  Thursday he and another gentleman sanded the walls and painted.  The wallls are glorous.  They are smooth and uniform in color.  I plan on having him come back and do the interior of my house.  YEAH!
