I have lived in TX for three years with malfunctioning AC. I searched for someone on Angie's List and Kane Heating and Air contacted me from my search. They were the third company I have had out to assess the issue. Best company I have worked with to date. They came out to discuss my needs and give a quote on a Saturday and two weeks later came out on a Saturday for a one day install. So amazing considering how hard it is for me to get off work! Things have been running smoothly (and cool-ly) since then. The malfunctioning unit that I was told needed a motor replaced by a different company was fixed with a fuse! Highly recommend Kane Heating and Air.

I called Kane through American Home Shield and Kane was booked. I spoke to Pat and pleaded for a appointment since I had water all over the place caused by Artie's not checking and fixing my air conditioner on 5/21/17 when they replaced my coil. American home Shield booked me with Lane and I waited all day. I called Pat at 7pm and he was very nice and said he will send me someone in the am even though they were booked. Josh came out at 8:30 am and was very knowledgable. He found the problem right away that Artie's missed 3 times that they came out for. I am very grateful to Kane Air Conditioner and especially Pat for his kindness. Now our AC works great. Josh even installled an auto shut off switch so, the pipe will not back flow into my house.

Bad experience. I own my house for 10 years and I've never had the type of problem from any repair company. The $60.00 was only for my copay from my insurance company.

Called them on Monday. They came out and did an analysis of the problem, discovered it was the A/C motor. They checked to see if it was still under warranty (it was) and ordered the part. By Tuesday, the part was delivered and they had fixed the problem. Excellent service.

The Service was excellent. Mike (service man) is a true professional. Knowledgeable, prompt, responsible and friendly are just a few of the words I'd use to describe this true professional. Mike fix our Air Conditioner but he educated us on how the system works. I will definately use the in the future.
