Initially, Jay was great. 1 year with the system and it broke. Initially, he was responsive, even hung out till 9 pm on the Friday before Labor Day to make sure our system had Freon. Said he would be back Monday evening, Tuesday at the latest. Tuesday he asked if I had somewhere else to stay after not answering my calls. Wednesday said he would be there by 2-3 pm. No answer for hours, until 4:30 when he said he would call me right back. An hour or so later, no answer, sent a message just to make sure was not in a wreck or something. 45 min later, I called him unprofessional and told him I would file on his AC license and with the BBB. I finally got a response. It most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. Ended up having to hire someone else to do the job. Do not hire Jay. Jay, I know you are reading this. In that thread, where you said face you man to man, and I asked very politely after commending what you did Friday evening what time you would come by - and you still will not answer **was that worth it?** Was my calling you unprofessional after 3 days of 85 in my house and being a frustrated customer worth this review? Was it worth me contacting you day and night about your elite dealer status sham? We will see.

Had them come for a service/check unit out to prevent brake down during heat of season. They not only serviced entire unit but found and explained probable problem. I.e, coils were completely rusted at bottom and fins flaking. It was replaced with a more efficient unit with higher airflow. They checked air quality prior to service/repairs and again on completion of work. They provided me with a copy and retained a copy for future reference. Home cooled twice a fast after work was completed.
