"I used their website feature to request a tech for residential A/C repair for the following day. But I received a phone call from Cytech a couple of hours later asking if I wanted service earlier as they had a tech available at that time, which worked out even better for me. The service call and repair was completed in 45 minutes after tech arrived in a efficient and professional manner. Tech even went above and beyond the repair and fixed up a couple of minor issues without charging me anything additional. I'll will be calling them again in the future should I need HVAC services!"

No, you don’t need a ductless unit in every room. Ductless AC units don't work the way that window units do, where the air doesn't travel outside that room. The indoor air handlers all attach to the outdoor condenser. For older, inefficient, or out-of-warranty units experiencing multiple problems, replacing it is typically the better choice.
