"BUYER BEWARE! Hired them for a new inground pool. Issues at every stage of the game. Laid out the pool wrong and asked me to show them where to dig while the operator was in the excavator. They installed the bond beam in contrast to their specs. Foreman said that's how all their pools are done, but when the owner, James Bryant, looked at it he admitted it was unacceptable. They promised to fix but never was and still doesn't have a cantilever edge. They installed the wrong 1x1 pool tile then had to tear it all out and replace. They installed the wrong coping. We requested an eased edge, but got round edge. Owner refuses to fix. The deck forms were constructed incorrectly twice and are still incorrect. No update to when it will get fixed. They stubbed up the conduits for the equipment directly in front of our kitchen window and said they would move but they are still there. Owner assured me he had insurance but refuses to provide proof. Too much to list here. Scammers all the way!!!!"
