"Here is the actual truth. Unfortunately this customer has multiple leaks in his pool and refuses to repair the problems. We discontinued our weekly pool maintenance at his home because we repeatedly asked the customer to take care of these issues and he was constantly unwilling to do so. He is blaming our company for issues with his pool that are actually his own fault. We took care of his pool and a professional Men are doing everything we should do."
