Excellent job! The crew were professional, and polite. The PM showed up the day before to go over the details of the job. They completed the job on time. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

Encore Painting did a terrific job cleaning our tile roof, and painting the brick exterior of our home! They completed the work when scheduled, and my home looks like a brand new house!

Chris and his team at Encore are fantastic. Super friendly, punctual, and very experienced. Chris came over and was able to walk around with us and offer us estimates on the spot as well as some additional good ideas on the project. We had him repaint every interior surface in a home we just bought and his team did it on time, at the best price we found, and with excellent quality. I'd use Chris again for any project he'd be willing to do.

We have a mostly brick home. We paid $2500 to have the exterior painted. The team was great. They showed up on time and were professional. The job was completed in 1 day. There are some small paint spots, tape, etc around the exterior of the house that I wish they'd cleaned up, but not a deal-breaker. It was really windy the day they painted. We will hire Encore again. I have recommended them to my family as well.

Guys gave a competitive bid and stuck to it. Showed up on time and finished a day early. I love the new colors and it looks so warm now, thanks to all the professional painters. They worked hard every single day and were kind and helpful every step of the way.

Phenomenal! Prompt (the arrived on time, protected our belongings and took extra care to tape everything perfectly — no shortcuts. Even when there was an issue with the paint manufacturer that we mutually agreed to (and through no fault of Encore) they made things right at their time an expense. Chris, Kirt and the entire staff at Encore were wonderful from the moment that they delivered a reasonable quote to the moment that they left out house. I have never left a review on Angie’s list, but signed up specifically to leave this review in hopes that someone else will give Encore a try. Businesses like this deserve our business!!!!

Perfect! I’m so impressed with Chris’ eagerness to provide the best service and the expert quality of the crews he sent. First crew installed a backsplash. Second crew painted our interior (~2200 sq ft). Not only would I hire Encore (Chris) again, I will refer Encore to anyone needing tile work and/or interior painting. Cost listed below is for both back splash and interior painting.

Work, was performed on time and with professionalism. This is a messy dirty job, so it can only be kept so clean. But they tried to get it done as quick as they could.

Called on Friday, April 19 and talked with Kelly. She set me up with a Monday, April 22nd appointment @ 12.30 pm. On Monday, she and Chris showed up on time (actually a little early) and were both very pleasant and professional. We discussed a complete exterior paint job and a new roof. At the end of our meeting, Chris said it would take a few days to have his roofer come out and help him with a price quote, but he could have a detailed price quote to me the next day for the painting. Chris did call on Tuesday evening to tell me the roofer would be by on Wednesday to walk the roof. The roofer did come by on Thursday. As of Friday afternoon I hadn't heard anything about the painting price quote, so I called Chris. He told me he was having computer problems. It appeared they would be taken care of on Friday and he would get the quote to me on Saturday, April 27. As of today - May 7, 2019, I have not heard anything from Encore Painting. In our last conversation I did ask some of the important questions -employees vs sub contractors, insurance coverage, where to find reviews for some of the roofing work, etc. Very likeable people. Was interested in doing business with Encore Painting. But, with no communication, I moved on.

Excellently-crew showed up on time and professional, prep was very thorough and detailed, picked up and cleaned up each day, final cleanup done when job completed. Painting is beautiful.

Please explain to me how a company can provide a legitimate work quote without ever having visited my home. No idea of area to be covered, desired products, etc.

Encore has now repainted every room in our house over the past 2-3 years, and we continue to be very happy with their work. Texturing repair that had to be done on this project was the best repairs ever done - seamless

The owner Chris called me right back when I put out a request for quotes. He came the next day, look of the job, and gave me a straight quote. We also discussed is doing some interior painting, and he ultimately agreed to that as well. They did a great job. They would've started the next day, but rain delayed a couple of days. They did the exterior in two days start to finish and also made short order of the interior work I needed, which included spray painting paneling in one room. I am very pleased with the work they did. They were fast, efficient, very effective, punctual, and really much more affordable than some of the other bids I got. They take credit cards as well as cash, which helped us in the end.

Chris responded to my request immediately and was able to fit me in his schedule this week. His team that came to my house was not only prompt but extremely professional. The job that Roy and is partner did was perfect. The rooms that were painted were flawless.

Chris Kinser and his crew are great. I had some major areas in need of repair(wood and siding) and these were caulked, repaired, and primed so that the final painting looked great. They also helped me by installing a new deadbolt on the front door and new porch light. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done each day. I will definitely be calling them again for future needs. (This job included all the repairs, power washing, priming, painting for an 1800 square foot single story house with lots of siding, brick and doors being painted)

They were very prompt and completed service exactly as expected. I would highly recommend using them and will do so in the future.

They painted over my old cabinets and now the paint has cracked. I asked them to come out and fix it and the owner stated that the man that did the work was “sent back to Mexico.”

Everything about this company was over the top excellent. We were able to schedule our job quickly. The estimate for how long the job would take was 2-3 days. Because it was a small job they sent out one man. He was prompt and on time. I asked for him to quit at 5 PM because of my schedule. He did an excellent job and completed the job in 2 days. The scheduler at the office, Brigette, was very helpful and professional. At the last minute I asked for him to paint the interior of my pantry. He was able to do it and Brigitte got the new estimate to me quickly. From scheduling to payment, everything was easy and convenient. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will definitely call them again if I need any painting done.

Wasted my time two different days waiting for them to come give me a quote. First supposed to show at 11 am and estimator doesn't call until 10:30 am to say he is sick. Reschedules for different day and after the appointment time is missed by half an hour I call to find out what is going on. I am still waiting to hear what happened, but I will not use this company if this is the service you get just for an estimate.

I would definitely recommend this company. They're very professional and the work they do is top notch. They definitely gave us the best price and they finished all of the work in a timely manner.

Marvelous. An estimated 3-day job was completed in just 2 days, mostly because they hit the tasks hard the 1st day and worked on it late that 1st evening/night. Without disclosing the bid cost estimate, this job had the best price offer, well under that of others in the business. I mainly went with this firm due to the other reviews previously given by former customers. No regrets on our part. Fine, polite, hard working professionals knocked it out of the park. No sales gimmicks, tricks, or pressure. Looking forward to future projects with ENCORE.

Chris and his team were fantastic to work with. Chris was quick with a quote and very competitive with his pricing. On the day of the job i added 3 doors and a pergola to the job and they were able to complete it all in the original time frame. His team did a great job ensuring no messes and were very friendly. The work was fantastic! In addition, we were able to get a hold of Chris whenever we had a question...even Saturdays and Sundays. The crew was professional, courteous, and great at what they do!
