Be careful with Edward. He does good work but not always the best for the customers. We asked him to illuminate a wall so he decided it needed new cheap eyeball lights from Home Depot, He took out Lightolier lights that could have been changed with a slot insert. Easy but he decided to do the most expensive option and profitable to him. He also removed a 50 amp breaker for an old hot tub and left with it, said he would return it but it's been over a year!

I can't say enough good things about the experience. Although it was a service upgrade that we had been planning on having done for a while, it had become immediately pressing when one phase of our electrical had gone out, leaving us with only half power to the house. And being new first time homeowners, it was a stressful time as I set out getting estimates . Edward from AlphaOne got back to me right away and I immediately felt more at ease with the situation due to his professionalism and expertise. After meeting with him and going over the details he provided me with an estimate that was very reasonable. Some of the other bids were ridiculous high in comparison (always get multiple estimates). He was thorough in going over the whole process, the timeline, working with inspectors, materials etc. With this, everything was great, but the really impressive part was that he followed through on everything. Like clockwork, everything went exactly as he said. And I know that there were some hiccups due to the inspector having a flaky schedule, but he handled everything on his end, eventually calling a whole chain of city employees to ensure that everything worked out on schedule as he had said (I found this out only at the end of the day). The work came out great. I had requested specific equipment for my panel and he made sure it was exactly what I had wanted. I will definitely call Alpha One Electrical for any future electrical work I need done without hesitation.

Edward was professional, communicative, friendly, and very helpful. He did a wonderful job extending the circuit in my bathroom to accommodate a new outlet, and it has been working perfectly with no issue for well over a year. Where some other electricians suggested that I needed to run a new line a Edward understood that the added load did not require that and that a far cheaper, simpler, line extension was more appropriate. He is a great professional that puts the needs of his clients first. He explained everything every step of the way and was in and out in under 30 minutes.
