They cleaned all that out, brought in new good soil and leveled it all out for proper layout and drainage. He had beautiful fresh sod delivered and they meticulously laid it out to make sure it was level and even. Afterwards he took his time explaining how to properly maintain/water from that point to at least a month out. Have to say, our yard is now a show piece!!!
