Marez Power Washing

My experience with Marez Power Washing was exactly what I was looking for in a service! Mark came to my home, evaluated the work to be done, and provided a fair estimate. He responded quickly, and was back within just a few days to power wash and then seal my fence. The job only took a part of two afternoons, and Mark was very conscientious about taking care of the property while working, and afterwards. The results are excellent! I highly recommend using Marez Power Washing, and am already talking with Mark about future work.

My husband and I hired Mark to power washing our deck and stain and water proof it. We are so thrilled with Mark"s work and our deck turned out beautifully! He is extremely professional and his work shows the care he puts into everything he does. He is honest, punctual, a diligent worker and uses high quality stain that is also water proof. The two people who stained and power washed our deck last year used the cheapest stain and did such a poor job we had to hire Mark to power wash and stain our deck this summer. And we are so very glad we did! My husband and I highly recommend Mark if you need your deck power washed and stained.

Painted pergola and repeated attempts to get call back to remove overspray off patio to no avail. Now must contract with new company to try to salvage ruined patio.

Mark stained my deck on August 28, 2021. After it was stained, I noticed several holes that needed to be fixed, rails that were smeared by the stain and needed to be wiped out, and a step that had a hole that he patched up with wood patty that was not sanded down that it looked like the putty was just smeared and then stained. I had been texting him to come and fix those flaws and until now, on Oct. 3, 2021, he hasn't returned. He kept telling me that they had been busy and would come when they have another project in my area. Therefore, if he would not have any more projects coming up in my area, he is not going to come. I am quite disappointed by his non-responsiveness,

Mark was friendly and courteous throughout our job with good communication skills. He was flexible with the recent rains, and supportive of our specifications.

Mark and his assistant did a great job on the power washing of the wood trim of my house. He was careful of not removing the paint, cleaned up afterwards and will hire him again for other projects. The house looks like it was just painted.

He is easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend him to friends.

Hired him to stain our privacy fence. He did an excellent job, had many colors of stain to choose from. He was on time, made sure not to get any stain on the white stone and picked up all equipment he used and left nothing for us to pick up. After he finished our neighbor also hired him. Would definitely recommend him.

Excellent work - was prompt and professional. Initially he thought my fence was only on one side of the house, but was very understanding and quoted me an overall fair price (especially compared to others). Showed me the difference after he completed a portion of the fence which you can tell where the sealer is applied. Took pride in his work and we were very appreciative of the work completed for us.

Mark was super professional, courteous and dependable. The staining, sealing and waterproofing of our deck and pergola was excellent. A follow-up appt to power wash our drive, sidewalks and other areas was completed and they looked new again. Great job on everything!
