"They just did not do a very good job of cleaning my house. They need to do a better job. They did dry dusting and left a thin film of dust everywhere because they did not damp dust. All I wanted them to do is deep clean the house until I got there. They would not touch the appliances, they left dust on the shelves and they left cobwebs in the corners of the windows. They just did a terrible job.

"They made it very easy by working directly with my insurance company and provided quotes ahead of time to keep things moving. They were able to answer all of my questions. They had some excellent recommendations for unique solutions for the unique type of home that it is. They were all very easy to communicate with. They are full service so they're able to really help you tackle any problem going on with your house."

"See above. In addition, while the company representative was at my house, he said that the work would be too difficult or complicated to do. When I didn't hear back from them, I thought that maybe the level of difficulty was the reason why they didn't seem to want to give an estimate. I do not really know for sure because I never heard back from them. I am not sure I would use them in the future.
