They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company.
