91 Santiago and Guadalupe were very conscientious about pleasing me. After each project was complete they asked me to come look and comment. Because the paint didn't match the original on 1 wall where they patched Santiago came back the next day a painted the whole wall.
When I was provided an estimate I was informed that the painting was for walls and trim only and facia and soffits would be extra. This was not specified in the offer. The estimate for the additional areas was exorbitant. So I decided to pursue other options.
Painting was done quickly but not well. Provider was supposed to come back to fix, but never returned.
It all started with a gutted home. After my Husband finished with redoing framework, Elect/ Plumbing/ Fiberglass and Foam Insulation and working with other trades; it was time to call Mr Hernandez in to drywall. Mr Hernandez asked us to pay for the job in 3 parts; Part One $4000.00...

Instead of having a discussion about my concerns it was immediately escalated to a "production manager" - almost as if this happens quite often . . . For a paint company, they sure do not understand paint, let alone customer care."
