112 Santiago and Guadalupe were very conscientious about pleasing me. After each project was complete they asked me to come look and comment. Because the paint didn't match the original on 1 wall where they patched Santiago came back the next day a painted the whole wall.

I have never seen such poor execution of a fairly simple process. However, that was not even the worst part of the whole interaction with Five Star Painting. When expressing these concerns to Five Star Painting's project manager, I was met with extreme hostility and an absolute lack of understanding. Instead of having a discussion about my concerns it was immediately escalated to a "production manager" - almost as if this happens quite often . . . For a paint company, they sure do not understand paint, let alone customer care."
