"Thank you for telling my husband that a water heater needed to be drained if there was crap or stuff in the water. Not thast that is settled. "Plumber arrived without his helper who called off for the day. This left him short handed as he needed to get on the roof to clear the kitchen drain through the roof vent. He couldn’t do it because the equipment was too heavy to haul up the ladder by himself. So he overcame the issues by using other equipment and got the job done from inside the kitchen and charged us less. The only complaint is one simple kitchen drain clog (less than 30 min) still cost over $400. Seems excessive?"

"I had a good experience with them. The shut-off valve drove the cost up. It probably ended up being about $500 but I added a shut-off valve that was not part of the problem. He was friendly and honest, I believe. I think the cost was fair. It was a fair amount of money but it was a lot of work too."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.
