He used the slabs very efficiently and still got most of the veins connected for our waterfalls on the island. I have not noticed even a single issue with the finished product. He has great teams who do a good job with the demo and installation. They are extremely knowledgeable and prioritize customer satisfaction before anything else. Highly recommended."

Once the new valve was installed, they installed an access panel. They also installed an access panel for a secondary bath. Excellent work! Will use them again for other jobs."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
