Melvin should choose his subs more carefully. We've had two electrical fires, and finding outside lights were just screwed into the plastic siding, no electrical box. Did not know all this when we closed, found years later. His electricians did a horrible job. Scared what else we will find.

It went great! Mr. Linton and his subcontractors were on time, professional, and did a great job. Took carpet out of living and dining, took old tile out of kitchen and dinette, moved cabinets, made a door wider, and cut down the height of the bar. They put new tile throughout, put in granite counter tops, new sink, and did some amazing backsplash and fireplace decorative tile work. Any questions or issues we had (I'm really picky) were dealt with quickly. We would definitely use Mr. Linton as a contractor again!
