I am 22 years old working full time and trying to get a business started on the side. Even though I am young I have lots of experience. I enjoy working I started painting with my family at 5 years old stuck with that for a while. Then went to another company and got more experience in a different trade. I am willing to travel my goal next year is to be near Dallas but will travel back and fourth still. If you need anything done don’t hesitate to reach out and we can meet, make a plan, agree on a price, and get it taken care of for you:) thank you for looking have a great day.

"This was truly the most extraordinarily professional and highly competent experience I have ever encountered and would rank Jerry's technical acumen as outstanding. Not only did Jerry spend a substantial amount of time educating me about the differing aspects of my foundation structures, he explained things in logical layman's terms, enabling me to make an informed decision on the work to be performed. His honesty, integrity, and customer service focus made me want to give him for more than an "A"...so many businesses could learn from him. What is even more impressive is that during the work, he took the time to feed my intellectual curiosity and show me the foundation supports, he pressure testing, and he even sent me pictures and diagrams for my records! Jerry was hands-on and was not "the guy who drives around giving quotes". He was in the thick of the work, getting dirty, and made sure everything went smoothly and was completed timely. The job site was cleaned up properly and I am so thankful for his attention to detail in his work. Thank you Jerry!! My grade is AAA++++!!"

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Mudjacking is suitable for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and nearly all exterior flat structures. However, it may not suit severely damaged or heavily cracked areas.

Pros often use mudjacking or polyurethane foam injection to level a sunken concrete patio. Both methods lift the slab by filling voids beneath it. After properly compacting the soil beneath it to prevent future settling, the concrete may need to be removed and re-poured for severe sinking.

Charges correlate with surface size, settlement depth, and access, often yielding significant savings over concrete replacement.

Yes, expanding foam (also known as polyurethane foam) can lift concrete. This approach, called polyjacking, involves injecting the foam rather than concrete slurry to fill voids and raise the concrete slab back into place. It’s often faster and requires smaller drill holes than traditional mudjacking, though it may come at a higher cost. Some contractors also prefer polyjacking over mudjacking for more damaged and delicate slabs.

Polyjacking and mudjacking can both be effective solutions for sinking concrete, but they have key differences. Polyjacking, which uses expanding polyurethane foam, is often considered a better option because the foam is significantly lighter than the cementitious material used for mudjacking. This reduced weight puts less pressure on the underlying soil and lowers the risk of future sinking. Polyjacking is suitable for any sinking concrete slab, while mudjacking is typically only recommended for non-structural concrete, such as sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and driveways. The primary drawback of polyjacking is its cost, which can be up to four times higher than mudjacking—as much as $25 per square foot compared to a maximum of about $6 per square foot for mudjacking.
