Hub-City Irrigation

I had most of my yard concreted so needed someone to redo system and replace with drip system.  He put in a system on a timer that he said was complicated and to call him if it needed resetting.  He set it for 12noon which I told him I did not want since the water would evaporate in summer, but he insisted saying in the winter it would freeze.  I said O.K. reluctantly.When the concrete people were working they hit one of the old  sprinkler heads and the water poured out and down the street.  I called him and he was out of town.  Asked him to call when he got back because I had to turn off water and plants and trees were burning up.  That was about 2 weeks ago and no word.  I have called, left messages, and text and no reply.  There is no excuse for not calling and what good is the system if I can't use it Do Not Call Him!!!
