He made sure to keep everything neat and clean and was very professional in doing his job. He made sure he did the job to our satisfaction and made sure we were happy when the job was done. They helped us with a major home remodeling project where we moved an existing bathroom to an adjacent area of our house to open the kitchen to the living room. We have a two story home and were initially unsure if this was even possible/feasible. We had at least 2 contractors tell us "no way." We had 2 never call us back. She employed a Structural Engineer to make sure the project would be safe before starting (again, project was on the first floor of our 2 story home). Steve, one of her main construction personnel, is very easy to talk to and was always happy to share what they are currently working on and even any difficulties they ran into. They showed up to our house at the same time every morning (8am) and let us know if they were expecting be late for any reason. We were very comfortable letting them in our house when we were at work (they even brought in our Amazon packages). Living in a construction zone is never fun, but we are fortunate to have lived through it with Andrea, Steve/crew, and Lubbock Improved!!!"
